80s Fashion Tip #1

6 Nov

Okay, so you’ve heard that your sober, hard-working committee had one wine too many and decided to carry the Flashdance theme of the morning fun-surf into the evening.

Now we know that some of you can’t remember the 80s because:
(a) you weren’t born
(b) you don’t want to
(c) the drugs were better back then
(d) you were at Suzi’s 30th

Which has left you wondering what the hell to wear.

Well wonder no more. Every week a hot 80s fashion tip will be brought to you by someone who can’t answer yes to (a) above. By someone, what’s more, who was designing and making clothes that people in the 80s actually wore! So forget all that retro styling you see in Sportsgirl and Vinnies. Forget about Nicholas Ghesquiere’s pathetic excuse for a shoulder pad at Balenciaga last year. Here, brought to you exclusively by BGSR, is the real deal.

80s Fashion Tip # 1 – Too Much is Never Enough

Coloured, cropped and shaved hair – Tick
Heavy eyeliner – Tick
Pearl Necklace & Earrings – Tick
Shoulder Pads – Double tick
Extra pockets – Tick
Rayban Baloramas – Tick
Ankle socks – Tick
Everything matching – Tick

Now please excuse me while I move countries and go change my identity.

Hello, My name is Veronica Kuo and I am now in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. I hope someone has seen any essay directory that is a resemblance of this ESL learning site. I have no budget whatsoever, please let me have the link to any such free directories. Thanks.
